If the parcel arrives at a white parcel terminal or parcel point, the customer must return the parcel using the barcode in the my.smartpost.ee self-service by selecting the preferred parcel terminal (blue or white).
If you ordered from a DPD parcel terminal, you will receive a PIN code for the return.

When packaging your order, we aim to create as little waste as possible.
We use natural packaging materials, such as paper tapes with solvent-free glue, cellulose cushioned envelopes and recycled cardboard boxes.
We never use plastic materials when packaging orders.
As a filling material we use wood wool or other wood paper, which can also be recycled by you, e.g. to fill a shoe box.
