Grapefruit is the best essential oil for cellulite! Grapefruit is a lymphatic stimulator and, due to its excellent fluid-expelling effect, helps to remove water and toxic waste from the body. For example, take avocado oil and add grapefruit essential oil to it. Do a lymphatic massage with the mixture – slowly stroke the body with your hand, using only very light pressure. The weight of the hand is enough to move the lymphatic fluid through the superficial veins. The direction of the strokes should always be towards the nearest lymph node.
In folk medicine, grapefruit has also been used to promote digestion, lower blood pressure, and increase appetite.
Goes well with: pine, lemon, lavender, juniper, palmarosa, cinnamon, clove, ginger.

HOW TO USE
In the morning, spray it into the air with your diffuser and the grapefruit will give you a positive energy boost for the whole day. In the evening, add grapefruit essential oil to warm bath water, it will relieve stress and anxiety and help create good emotions.
Add grapefruit essential oil to warm floor washing water. It is great for scenting rooms and removing unpleasant odors (tobacco, food odors).
Add grapefruit essential oil to your shampoo and it will stimulate hair growth and add shine (especially suitable for oily hair).
