In folk medicine, lime essential oil is used to treat infections and wounds, relieve and prevent cold symptoms, reduce fever, and care for gums and teeth. This oil helps increase appetite and should encourage healthier choices. In skin care, lime helps prevent and alleviate the signs of aging and treat acne. It has a stimulating effect on hair growth.

Lime essential oil has an uplifting and energizing effect in aromatherapy. It is perfect for overthinkers, refreshes the senses, reduces nervousness and stress. Due to its good aroma, it is perfect for perfuming rooms.

HOW TO USE

Suitable for use in the bath, aroma lamp, sauna. Lime essential oil has a disinfectant effect and, when mixed with water and vinegar, is suitable for cleaning ceramic surfaces or floor tiles. Lime, like most other citrus oils, is phototoxic and can cause skin irritation when exposed to the sun. We recommend avoiding direct sunlight after applying essential oil to the skin.

Blends well with: rosemary, lavender, ylang-ylang, lemon, grapefruit, sweet orange, tangerine, tea tree, sage.

Do not use essential oils undiluted. Pregnant women and young children should use essential oils with extreme caution. Do not leave essential oils within reach of children.
